Tariff
Prices and General Conditions
Eric Andrieu, Fabien Honorat or Caroline MAS, will follow up your case with the help of one or more associates, depending on your needs.
For contracts, consultations and litigation, our fees are calculated on the basis of the time spent, according to the lawyer’s variable hourly rate, which will be given during the first appointment.
Fees do not cover disbursements or costs. They either do not include fees and expenses of potential external counsel and stakeholders. They are reviewed annually.
The invoicing of certain cases may be subject to a fixed-price invoicing, possibly accompanied by a result fee, especially in litigation cases.
ADVERTISING AND SALES PROMOTION RATES
Rates are valid from January 1st to December 31st 2018.
Prices are exclusive of VAT for single transactions.
A sliding scale rate may be applied for transactions with more than one component (e. g. premiums and alcohol).
Some consultations and cases that require specific research may result in a higher fee.
Telephone consultations that we provide to our regular clients are not subject to special billing, with some exceptions.
